Where tasks used to be shared via paper slips or emails, staff now primarily use the vPlan app. This not only saves time and paper, but also enables faster information transfer — providing instant clarity on the work floor and on the go.

At funeral organization Vredehof, everything revolves around care, attention, and trust. For 152 years, this Twente-based organization has supported bereaved families during their most vulnerable moments. Each year, they organize hundreds of funerals with a dedicated team of permanent and flexible staff across Twente and Salland.
With that same level of care, Vredehof set out to find a solution to better organize their internal processes. We spoke with Stephan, CFO at Vredehof, and Erik, funeral director and closely involved in daily operations. Both play a key role in the organization’s digital transformation.
