Paper consumption reduced to the maximum!

Moton Group uses virtually no paper anymore thanks to vPlan! A win for Moton and a win for the environment.

Time saving

Many manual specifications, lists in Excel, photos on a local server, long production meetings, meaningless order forms are a thing of the past.

Exact Online integration

All orders from Exact Online are synchronised with vPlan in no time and provided with all necessary production documents.

Time-consuming process with printed Excel planning

Yerney Beuker, Operational Manager at Moton Group, takes us through the switch to paperless planning: "Three years ago, we made the switch to Exact Online. Back then, we were working on the shop floor with an Excel schedule. Whenever we wanted to make changes to the planning, the printed Excel lists had to be reprinted. In addition, they had to be redistributed in production. A lot of paper wastage and unnecessary running back and forth. We also took photos of the finished product per production run. When the goods were ready for dispatch, we took a photo and filed it manually with the order. You get the picture: quite cumbersome, actually."
