vPlan in 2023

As you know, we are constantly improving and expanding vPlan. But what did we actually add to vPlan in 2023? Here's a summary:

Subcards ⌛️

With our new subcards feature, you can break down a large task into different sub-tasks. This allows you to see more clearly which people, resources, or expenses are needed for each part of a project.

Time Planning 🕣

It is now also possible to set start and end times, allowing you to plan days in more detail. This provides even more insight into the schedule!

Personal Views 🎨

It is now possible to add multiple (similar) views to plan boards yourself. This way, you create your personal views with your desired filters and preferences.

New Automations ⚙️

We have added dozens of new automations to vPlan. This allows you to create your desired flow and save time.

vPlan AI-formulas 🤖

Instead of struggling with complex calculations, let vPlan AI create your desired formula for you. Our powerful AI algorithms analyze your input and effortlessly create the right formula for your planning.

Exciting New Features in vPlan-app 📱

We have also added a lot of new features within the app. Including the new Kanban and Agenda views. Submitting registered hours, easily viewing leave, and more...

New and Familiar Faces

In 2023, we were fortunate to welcome new people to our team again. Manon and Nicky complement our sales department perfectly, and Esmee has started as a consultant. Sanne is our new marketer, and Danny recently started as a facilities assistant. Lieke and Quentin strengthen the development team. We already can't do without any of them!

In addition to the new faces, fortunately, we didn't have to say goodbye to some familiar faces, namely our interns! Hidde continues to strengthen our marketing department, and Max is now a true sales star.

The purple heart of vPlan 💜

In the previous retrospective blog, we mentioned our move. Our building has now truly become our warm nest. How cool is the interior design?! It has become a very comfortable base for all our employees. We've already had many delightful lunches and enjoyable Friday afternoon drinks at the new bar. How nice is such a workspace!

ISO Certified!

Something else we are quite proud of is our ISO certification. After an intense three-day audit, we achieved this certification, with great thanks to Rick and Jeroen. You can read back in this blog what ISO exactly entails and what this certification means for us and our customers.

Overview of Trade Shows in 2023

At vPlan, we are eager to grow and increase our brand awareness. We have done this, among other things, by attending various trade shows. Most recently, we were at Exact Live Belgium and joined our partner Gilde Software at the Roofs and Business fair. Earlier this year, we also attended Axians SynergyXperience, Exact Live Netherlands, AFAS Open ERP, and of course, the AB Customer Day at Burgers' Zoo. Each of these experiences was fun and valuable, and we want to thank everyone once again for their participation.

vPlan 🤝 Customers

Last year, we once again did our best for our customers. Not only by releasing new updates and developments but also by regularly visiting customers. For instance, for implementations or to share exciting customer stories. Always a pleasure to do! Additionally, we host periodic webinars so that our customers can always make the most out of vPlan.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming many new customers in 2023, which naturally brings us great joy.

The vPlan Life

Life isn't all about work, of course. In 2023, we had a lot of fun together. The highlight of each year is usually the annual ski trip. But there were also other enjoyable parties: our Hawaiian-themed party, the opening of our own building, and a night out in Dorf Münsterland. We always manage to come up with something fun to do together. 🥳

Of course, it's not all just parties; we were also quite sporty last year. We competed in the YuMan race, fought for first place in the company football tournament (unfortunately didn't succeed), and even played a game of volleyball against other companies in the region. Naturally, with a beer as a reward afterward. 🍻

You see, it's been quite a eventful year. What remains for us now is to enjoy the upcoming holidays, which are just around the corner. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the fantastic year, and we hope to make 2024 just as wonderful! ✨
