Pop in your role as a consultant
As a consultant, you help clients get the most out of vPlan. You guide clients during implementation and support them where necessary. For example, you provide training for a client who has just started. Or you help a long-term customer who is not yet using all the (new) functionalities. You call or visit these customers.
In addition, you help optimise our internal organisation, product and services. You ensure that customers can work even more effectively. All with the aim of keeping customers happy and retaining them. Together with the team, you are responsible for lowering turnover and 'onboarding' new customers as quickly and as well as possible.
