Get in touch

We speak the same language

Unlike monday.com, vPlan is a Dutch organisation, meaning that in addition to the Dutch language profile, support is also provided in Dutch. We also offer our consultancy both online and on-site. We find it important that our communication is clear and personal through short lines.

Standard Dutch ERP integrations

vPlan has many standard integrations with Dutch ERP systems, such as AFAS and SnelStart. These integrations are not standard with monday.com. As a result, it takes much more time and money to get it integrated correctly.

Go for a complete overview

Working with vPlan vs monday.com

In monday.com, you create a task-driven planning. You know what needs to be done and change statuses. In vPlan, in addition to task planning, you can also plan based on available capacity. This can be done at a total level, as well as by group, department, or employee.

In monday.com, you create a separate plan board for each project. This is also possible in vPlan, but many customers use a single plan board for all projects. This way, you get a complete overview of all projects, see the progress easily, and the total capacity.

Extensive and simple

Built-in time tracking

With monday.com, you have limited options for time tracking. vPlan offers you many more possibilities for time tracking. With vPlan, you can always track your time via the vPlan app or the web version, wherever you are. Additionally, you can submit written hours for approval and send them back to your ERP. By tracking time on activities, you can follow progress in real-time and analyse recorded time.

Work smart together

All important task information in one place

Unlike monday.com, vPlan shows all important task information visually and clearly within a 'card'. vPlan even works with collections, a group of cards that belong together. This way, you can also view information centrally.

Avoid extra costs

Pro plan monday.com vs. Basic plan vPlan

When you start working with monday.com, you are already forced to take out a Pro plan to use many commonly used handy features. Many features that are already standard in vPlan's basic plan. These are only available for an additional fee in monday.com. Even if you start with vPlan's basic plan, you have all the important features at your disposal.

Plan from the backlog

All your work in one overview

In monday.com, tasks are always scheduled directly. But what if there is important information missing and you need to wait a bit before execution? vPlan has the solution! vPlan allows you to store all your work in the backlog. All your tasks flow directly from your ERP into the backlog, giving you the freedom to schedule them as you see fit.

Save your data

Your logbook is retained for 12 months

Do you want to see later who made what changes in the planning? You can view this in the logbook. In monday.com, your logbook is kept for one week by default. Depending on your chosen plan, the duration can be extended to a maximum of 1 year. Unlike monday.com, your logbook in vPlan is always kept for 12 months in every plan.

Various views

View your planning from different perspectives

In monday.com, you view the planning in one overview with all tasks and information. Within vPlan, you have the freedom to view the planning your way: by status, by person, or by stage. When you view the planning by status, you can see the progress of your work precisely. Easily switch dimensions and see all tasks per employee or view all tasks per process step. This way, you know exactly who is performing the task or in which phase the task is.
