In his 21 years at Vandentempel, Jan has witnessed all the company's developments. He started as a technician in 2002, before being allowed to call himself Head of Service in 2011. He uses this experience to manage the service department, monitor budgets, make schedules, keep technician training levels up-to-date, and manage the other challenges of the highly dynamic service department. Meanwhile, he has been focusing on special projects and processes within the company as a technical specialist since 2021. As he jokingly says himself, "I'm part of the furniture!"
