Probably the first thing you noticed this morning. A new login screen, but why?
A new, refreshing look that perfectly matches the user experience we want to offer you. And that's just the beginning!
We've made the login process even more efficient. If you have multiple environments, you can now seamlessly switch between accounts. This is just one of the many improvements we have made.
Behind this visual innovation is a world of security and accessibility improvements. We are proud to announce that we are in the process of implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities. We will keep you updated and will inform you as soon as these functionalities are available.
Support from Zendesk to Intercom
To help you even better, we are switching from Zendesk to Intercom. With Intercom, you can access support directly within vPlan. This will make it easier to get the help you need. Read more about this change here.
We have also updated our support articles within the help centre, which you can access within vPlan or via www.support.vplan.com.
Easily export time sheets from your dashboard ⏰
From now on, it is possible to export hour registrations from the time registration dashboard to Excel. This allows you to analyse and share your time sheets even better. For example, export all written hours per project and share this information with your customers or perform further analysis on it. 
Modified themes
As you know, it is possible to choose your desired colour theme within the configuration. The colours within the themes - light, dark and grey have become a bit stronger in terms of colour. With this, we make planning even more visual. Are you happy with the new colours? We would love to hear your experience.
Add users more easily
You can now add users to your vPlan environment faster and easier. All you have to do is enter the new user's e-mail address and select the appropriate role. Once this is done, the employee will immediately receive an invitation to access vPlan.
Additional filter option
You can now also apply ‘negative’ filtering within the filter. For example, you work with five statuses; open, in progress, check, on hold and ready. Now you want to view all tickets except with the status 'ready', press the icon at the top left and then press ready.
3 New automations
It is now possible to select multiple conditions that the trigger must meet before the action will run. For example, ‘When label “X” and “X” are added to card, add a checklist or adjust a status.’ Here you can see that 2 or more conditions must be met before anything happens.
Another example. ‘When the status of all cards in a collection are set to ready, notify the finance department.
In addition, we have added the following new automation rule: ‘When label something active after number of days/working days, notify user something". For example, if a label material shortage is on a card for 10 days, send procurement a notification.
