Today, we spoke with Anne and Leonie from the KNHS (Royal Dutch Equestrian Federation). The KNHS is the umbrella organization for equestrian sports in the Netherlands. They ensure the sport can thrive, help improve it, and work to raise its profile—both for beginners and elite athletes. The KNHS supports riders, clubs, and equestrian businesses. In addition, they are committed to horse welfare, clear regulations, quality training programs, and the development of the sport.
The organization is in the midst of a major transition: alongside implementing a new ERP system, they are also professionalizing their project-based approach. A challenge that demands both structure and clarity. vPlan became the tool that helps them gain control over ongoing projects, manage their portfolio, and enhance collaboration.
