Excel is not efficient enough  

We speak to Leonie Koerhuis, project manager at Brandwise: "The planning process between customers and us used to be done via Excel. Because at the time we were looking for a more efficient way of gaining insight into the planning, where we are dependent on our customer, we used Google to search for programmes that matched this. In this way, we very quickly came across vPlan."

Leonie continues, "Through vPlan, we have real-time insight into our projects. Within planning, we work together with our customers. Customers request orders via vPlan and provide all the necessary data. We process these requests and ensure proper execution. Both clients and my colleagues can see the current statuses of our ongoing projects. This allows us to work more efficiently. We also get fewer questions from clients because they have a clear insight into their own planning."

"With vPlan we have pleasant contact, both via email and phone. We get quick responses via both channels and questions are acted on quickly. vPlan offers us many possibilities. Some parts don't quite fit our services yet, but fortunately vPlan is a young and growing company that is open to all our comments," says project manager Leonie.
