Looking for the right tool  

"Before vPlan, we used Excel and Outlook for our planning. That worked, but it was rather messy. When the number of new projects in our company kept growing, we noticed that the overview and our long-term planning started to falter. We were urgently looking for a tool that could help us look ahead and keep an eye on our long-term vision," Roxanne explains.  

She continues, "With vPlan, we can clearly display our planning in graph form, and the timeline view is wonderfully convenient. We can integrate different parameters and data. With us, we work with weekly schedules, because a lot of our work is quite unpredictable. We constantly ask for feedback from our customers, but don't know when we will receive this feedback. Therefore, we cannot plan everything in detail in advance. With vPlan, we have instant insight into who is up to it and what the status of the project is," says Roxanne.

Roxanne is very happy with the fact that they now have overview and insight again. "Thanks to vPlan, we are finally back in control when it comes to our planning. We know exactly which projects and works are on the agenda. This not only allows us to better inform our customers about our planning, but it also enables us to make more concrete promises. In addition, we can accurately record our hours, which in turn provides more transparency towards the customer."
