We've added some really cool features to the app again. These are now available for you in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Let us walk you through all the new functionalities.
New: view your boards in various displays
View your schedule in various displays within the app. In addition to the list view, we've added 2 new displays: the backlog and capacity display. Go to boards and select the board you want to view. Then display your schedule in the backlog, list, or capacity display.
Capacity Display - always have insight into your available capacity🔎
With this display, you get instant insight into your capacity. For example, you can see who still has space in the schedule and who is fully booked.
We work with different colours. The colours indicate whether capacity is still available or not. Is one of the days red? Then you're above maximum capacity.
You can also use the filter within the capacity display. Check availability per phase or per resource. For example, filter on yourself and see how many hours you are scheduled for in the coming days.
Backlog - visualize all your work in progress 👀
It's now possible to schedule unplanned cards from the backlog. The backlog is already a familiar feature in our desktop version, and we've now added it to the app. Add new cards to the backlog and then schedule them.

Create (collection) cards from the backlog
Easily create collection cards with vPlan Go. A collection is a set of cards that belong together. The cards have the same title, description, and custom fields. Create a card within the backlog and add multiple activities to it. When you put the card in the schedule, the cards are split across your board.
Add widgets and create your own dashboard
It's now possible to create your own dashboard entirely in the vPlan Go app. Create widgets with the filters that are interesting to you. Add widgets and see all the information you find important at a glance. For example, all tasks with the 'high priority' label.
The latest features within 'the card'
You can now easily create checklists within the card and provide custom fields with information. Attach videos as attachments and play them immediately. You can also now delete attachments. So if you accidentally uploaded the wrong photo from your gallery, you can quickly and easily delete it.
Are you on the go and want to point someone to a specific task? Easily copy the link of the card and forward it. This way, your colleagues immediately have the necessary information. Want to know how? Go to actions by tapping on the dots in the top right corner and then share the link.
In the settings, you can manage the preview of your card. Set your preferences and only see what's important to you.
