Handig als je bijvoorbeeld wilt vastleggen wie de verantwoordelijke accountmanager of controleur is. Zo kun je de keuzelijst beperken tot alleen de gebruikers die voor dat veld relevant zijn.\u003C/p>\n\u003Chr>\n\u003Ch2>Richt je backlog in zoals jij wilt\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>Tot nu toe werkte je in vPlan met een vaste backlog. Met deze update krijg je meer vrijheid en bepaal je zelf \u003Cstrong>hoe je de backlog voor je planbord wilt inrichten\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Naast de bestaande backlog kun je nu kiezen uit verschillende mogelijkheden:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Geen backlog: werk zonder backlog als je deze simpelweg niet nodig hebt;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Eigen backlog: werk met een persoonlijke backlog;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Backlog per werkruimte: houd werk per werkruimte netjes gescheiden;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Backlog van de omgeving: werk vanuit één centrale backlog voor je hele omgeving.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Ook binnen de backlog heb je nu extra instellingen. In plaats van direct alle 1.000 uur in te plannen, kun je ervoor kiezen om slechts een deel van het project te plannen. Zet hiervoor de instelling voor het volledig inplannen van de voorcalculatie uit. Daarnaast bepaal je zelf of kaarten vanuit de backlog per activiteit moeten worden gesplitst. Zo kun je de backlog precies laten aansluiten op de manier waarop jij wilt plannen.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Wil je blijven werken zoals je gewend bent? Dan gebruik je deze optie natuurlijk niet en\u003Cstrong> verandert er niets.\u003C/strong> Het volledig inplannen van het budget is hoe vPlan tot nu toe standaard werkte. \u003C/p>\n\u003Chr>\n\u003Ch2>Werkbelasting krijgt een eigen weergave\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>Wil je snel inzicht in de werkbelasting van bijvoorbeeld één team of afdeling? Vanaf nu kun je \u003Cstrong>werkbelasting als eigen weergave toevoegen aan je planbord\u003C/strong>. Net als bij andere weergaven bepaal je zelf welke filters je toepast. Zo maak je bijvoorbeeld een werkbelastingweergave voor een specifiek team, een bepaalde afdeling of alleen de activiteiten die voor jou relevant zijn. Je ziet hoeveel capaciteit je resources nog beschikbaar hebben en kunt op basis daarvan de juiste persoon aan de kaart toevoegen, zonder van weergave te wisselen. Instead of scheduling all 1,000 hours at once, you can choose to plan only part of the project. To do this, switch off the setting that schedules the full pre-calculation.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>You can also decide whether cards from the backlog should be split by activity.
