Allow automatic addition of checklists to cards
As you're accustomed to, we regularly introduce new automation rules, partly based on your feedback. From now on, the following automations are available:
- When activity 'something' is added to a card, add checklist 'something'. With this automation, you can, for example, add the activity 'packing' to a card, automatically adding the 'quality control' checklist. Now you only need to tick off the tasks and won't forget any checklists.
- When a collection is created, add checklist 'something'. When you create a card in the backlog and add activities to it, you create a collection of cards. With this automation, you ensure that the chosen checklist is added to all cards in the collection.
- When a card is created in phase 'something', add checklist 'something'. With this automation, you can ensure that the predefined checklist is always added to a card within a specific phase.
- When label 'something' is added to a card, add checklist 'something'. For example, if you have a board with support tickets and a ticket is created with the label 'priority 1', the checklist for Priority 1 tickets is automatically added.
- When label 'something' is added to a card in phase 'something', add checklist 'something'. With this automation, you can, for instance, add a label 'external supplier' to a card in the 'printing' phase, automatically adding the 'printing supplier' checklist.
- When the status of a card in phase 'something' changes to 'something', add checklist 'something'. For example, if a card in phase 2 'cutting' is set to completed, the 'check packaging' checklist for the next phase is automatically added.
